I didn't get many pictures in the first phases of his exhaust but here is the exhaust we constructed. It would have been nice to have a pipe bender but this was fun because we got to weld a lot :biggrinjester:

The welds aren't the prettiest either but they are airtight.

We pulled a few whiskers. It's going on a YJ with a muffler that is dual outlet. The YJ has a chevy 350 swap.

Pete has built an impressive rig. That's what we Flatlanders do, put V8's in Wranglers. :pimp2[1]:

I just think it's a little wierd to have a V8 go 2-1-2-1.....but at least the flomaster makes that V8 sound good!

seriously tho pete's rig really is badass, i havent seen it since the v8 swap tho

Lol Yeah.... I have washed my Jeep like 15 times in owning it for 9 years. I am quite the mall crawler.

so thinking about that some more, is this going to be temp or is he going to run it? I would think that's not going to flow as well as a bent pipe could, espicially since it goes from 2 ehaust manifolds into a y pipe for a SINGLE inlet muffler to a dual outlet to that y pipe back into a single exit with those sharp bends.......

there's some more power and torque to be had out of that motor if the entire exhaust is redone to duals....at least 10hp and prolly the same if not more torque
