If your TJ is anything like mine in the winter time than you will have experienced the dreaded cold weather squeal that comes from your steering column when you turn the wheel. After several seasons of this I finally tracked it down. If you follow your steering column to the fire wall you will find a rubber bushing / seal, and when the weather turns cold it contracts and lets out a horrible noise. I found that if you spray that bushing with silicone spray or even Wd-40 it will remedy the problem completely leaving you with a nice winter ride. :D
